Communication vocabulary helps you take part in everyday conversations, ask for clarification, share your opinion and write simple messages. Learn useful phrases as complete expressions, not only as individual words.
Speaking tip: Use du with people you know well and Sie in formal situations. For example, Kannst du das wiederholen? is informal, while Könnten Sie das bitte wiederholen? is more polite and formal.

Useful starters include Ich denke, dass …, Ich finde, dass … and Meiner Meinung nach …. Add a reason or example to make your answer clearer.
