Indirect Questions
Form polite and reported questions with W-words and ob.

Explanation
Indirect questions are subordinate clauses. W-questions keep their question word; yes/no questions use ob.
Kannst du mir sagen, wo der Bahnhof ist? · Ich weiß nicht, ob er kommt.

Examples
Ich möchte wissen, warum du müde bist.I would like to know why you are tired.
Sie fragt, ob du morgen Zeit hast.She asks whether you have time tomorrow.
